PAM Automatic Mixing and Dosing Device
With the increasingly high demand on the water quality purification
in water treatment. the compound flocculating agent has enjoyed
popularity and become widely used. For the preparation and feed of
polymeric organic flocculants, advanced foreign technologies are
introduced and improvement and innovation have been made on the
preparation and feed device. A new generation JY series equipment
for polymeric flocculants is developed and widely used in
industries such as sewage treatment,drinking water treatment,
industrial wastewater treatment,papermaking and ore smelting,
featuring accurate feeding and addIing, high degree of automation
and high medicament utilization efficiency.
Operating principle
JY series PAM automatic mixing and dosing device is mainly composed
of the automatic rationing, feeding and adding dry powder feeding
unit,the dry powder pre infiltration device, inlet and discharge
pipe lines, box and liquid level measurement, mixing equipment and
automatic control unit.
JY series PAM automatic mixing and dosing device is an overall
system unit which integrates the dry powder storage, feeding,
infiltration,dissolution and ripening processes and a
full-automatic equipment which can prepare high-molecular polymer
solution in batches in a continuous manner. The device can
facilitate the polymer to ripen and dissolve fully efficiently and
conveniently and prevent the green polymer from being fed and added
into the treatment system. PAM powder can be fed into the polymer
dissolving box through the spiral powder feeder in fixed
quantities. The powder will be mixed with water and stirred
completely to dissolve into PAM solution of a concentration of
0.1~0.5%, after which the solution will enter the polymer storage
box for further use through the ripening process.
The concentration of the solution to be prepared can be set
beforehand within the range 0.05%-10%, but the solution viscosity
of the chemicals prepared cannot exceed 2000mpas.
The curing time needed in the solution preparation depends on the
extraction flow of the external dosing pump and the valid volume of
the equipment. To guarantee the dissolution and curing of the
solution,a period of 45 to 60 minutes should be ensured for the
dissolution and curing, making sure the pesticide effect in full
force.
Let the water in as set and add dry powder in fixed quantities
automatically. The powder gets soaked in the preinfiltration device
and enters the polymer dissolving tank to be stirred and resolve.
When the liquid level rises to the overflow height, it will enter
the curing tank and get stirred. When the liquid level rises to the
overflow height, it enters the storage tank and gets stirred. When
the liquid level rises to the highest point, the prepared PAM
solution can be used.
